Recipe: Soondubu Jjigae

Bismillaahirrohmaanirrohiim,

Bahan:

  • 1.8 l air
  • 1 lembar seaweed
  • 1 genggam ikan bilis
  • Kimchi (skip karena gak punya)
  • 2 sdm kecap asin
  • 1 sdm minyak wijen
  • 1 sdm cabe merah bubuk
  • 3-4 siung bawang putih, cincang
  • 1 sdt bawang putih bubuk
  • 1 sdt paprika bubuk
  • Minyak u menumis
  • Garam secukupnya
  • Daun bawang u taburan

Isi:

  • 100 gr tahu Jepang, potong lebar
  • 100 gr udang kupas
  • 10 buah kerang
  • 150 gr jamur, iris sedang
  • 3 buah wortel sedang
  • 3 butir telur
