Pagi-pagi ngeluarin fillet ikan beku niatnya mau bikin mpek mpek. Menjelang siang baru inget kalo weekend jatah saya masak makan malam. Biasanya sepanjang weekday Kayla, sulung saya, yang masak makan malam 😘
Akhirnya mutusin ngolah si ikan aja dan muncullah ‘Fuyunghai’ di kepala. Menu ini adalah salah satu pilihan makan siang saat dulu saya masih kerja dan tengah mabok hamil Syauqi 🥰

Omelette Ingredients:
- 500gr fish fillet, minced
- 4 pcs cabbage leaves, thinly sliced
- 5 medium eggs
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white pepper powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Cooking oil
Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium golden onion
- 1 carrot, matches like sliced
- 7-9 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2-3 glasses of water
- 1-2 tbsp corn flour, dissolve in little water
- ½ tsp white pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Steps:
- Mix all omelette ingredients.
- Put a pan in medium heat with vegetable oil in it. Fry the omelette, if your pan is not big enough, do it 2-3 different times.
- Flip over once the edges look brownish. set aside once cooked.
- Using the same pan, saute garlic and golden onion until fragrant.
- Add in the carrots, water, tomato ketchup and pepper until the carrots are cooked.
- Put in salt to taste.
- Add in corn flour mixture until desired consistency.
- Place the omelette in a pan, pour over the sauce
- Enjoy with warm rice!
